Sabrepak works with distributors serving meat and food processors where packaging performance, compliance, and consistency are non-negotiable.
Meeting regulatory, cold-chain, and performance requirements.
Food processing environments demand packaging that performs under strict conditions—cold storage, moisture exposure, and regulatory oversight. We help distributors address:
Case Study
Sealing the Deal in Sub-Zero Conditions
A distributor serving a chicken processing facility was facing a growing problem. Once boxes were moved into freezer storage, the tape began lifting. Cartons were opening. Product integrity was at risk.
The issue was not quality. It was specification.

Sealing the Deal in Sub-Zero Conditions
A distributor serving a chicken processing facility was facing a growing problem. Once boxes were moved into freezer storage, the tape began lifting. Cartons were opening. Product integrity was at risk.
The issue was not quality. It was specification.
The end user had switched to a lower-cost tape without understanding the difference between application temperature and service temperature. The tape applied fine at room temperature but failed once exposed to sub-zero conditions.
Sabrepak worked with the distributor to test multiple adhesive options in real operating conditions. The solution was an acrylic tape that could be applied at standard temperatures while maintaining adhesion in the freezer.
The result was stronger seals, lower cost than the previous premium tape, and renewed confidence from the end user.
In meat and food processing, the right material makes all the difference.
