The Sabrepak 5-step process:

01

Specification Review

Before production begins, we work with you to confirm materials, adhesives, sizes, and print requirements. Getting the spec right upfront eliminates costly errors downstream.

02

Material Selection & Sourcing

We select the appropriate substrate, liner, and adhesive combination for the application whether that's a standard carton sealing tape or a specialized label for cold storage, outdoor exposure, or chemical resistance.

03

Pre-Press & Proof Approval

Artwork is prepared, colour-matched*, and proofed before plates are made. All new artworks require proof approval ensuring the design you see is exactly what gets printed.

04

Press & Production Run

Our flexographic presses are set up and calibrated for each job. Throughout the run, operators monitor ink registration, colour consistency, and material quality to catch any variation before it becomes a problem.

05

Quality Inspection & Finishing

Finished rolls and labels are inspected for print quality, material quality, and rewinding consistency before being packaged and released. Every order ships meeting the specification it was built to.

The Sabrepak 5-step process:

01

Production setup and
specification review

Before production begins, specifications for materials, dimensions, adhesives, and print are confirmed to ensure alignment with customer requirements.

02

In-process operator
inspection

As tape rolls are packaged, operators inspect multiple rolls from each case to verify appearance, print accuracy, and overall quality. This case-level inspection allows for efficient quality checks at production speed.

03

Ongoing production
monitoring

Throughout the run, production managers conduct spot checks to confirm consistency and address any deviations as they arise.

04

Issue identification
and adjustment

If an issue is identified, adjustments are made immediately to prevent repetition and minimize impact across the production run.

05

Consistent run-to-run
standards

Insights from each production run are used to maintain consistency across future orders, helping ensure repeatability and reliable performance.
