How do I get started?
We encourage you to call 1-800-779-6886 to speak with our team or email sales@sabrepak.com with your requirements and artwork (Vector or PDF file).
Can you help me design my logo?
While we do not offer full-service graphic design, we are able to make minor adjustments to artwork.
Do I pay setup charges every order?
No, you only pay a setup charge on your first order. Repeat orders do not have setup charges. If you request an artwork revision, then another setup charge will be added.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our tape & labels require only a single case MOQ!
What do you have stocked?
We carry over 500 SKUs of packaging supplies & tools that supplement distributor & reseller offerings. Our bestselling stock labels & tape SKUs are stocked at each of our locations. If we don’t carry it, we can either make it or source it!
How does printable tape compare to regular tape?
In general, printable tape has the same adhesive as regular tape, however it may have marginally thicker film depending on spec.
What is your typical lead time?
2-3 weeks following artwork proof approval.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Our minimum order value for prepaid shipping is $3,000.
Can you drop ship to my customer?
Yes, we regularly ship to customers on behalf of our distributor and reseller partners using their shipping documentation.
